Google gets US antitrust OK on AdMob buy

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. antitrust regulators gave Google Inc approval to buy mobile advertising rival AdMob, after months of delay and rumor that Google was headed for a court fight with government officials over the $750 million transaction.

HP expands recall of laptops for fire hazard

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Hewlett-Packard Co is expanding a voluntary recall of laptop computers due to the risk of fire from overheating batteries, the company and the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Friday.
