Slovenian army to help control migrants at border, thousands held up in Balkans
LJUBLJANA/BERKASOVO, Serbia (Reuters) - Slovenia said on Tuesday it would deploy the army to guard its border and appealed for help from the European Union as migrants streamed through the tiny country and many thousands more spent another cold night outside in the Balkans.
Oil steadies but outlook uncertain
LONDON (Reuters) - Oil steadied on Tuesday as traders covered short positions after a week of falls, but the outlook was uncertain with the head of the world's biggest independent oil trader saying prices would struggle to recover much ground over the next year.
